The two twin brothers that appear in this photo are known as “the goats with large faces” in China, due to maxillofacial multiple fibrous dysplasia which was only recently diagonsed by a medical professor in Zhenzhou University.The faces of the boys can be restored via face-lift surgeries.
The family of 95-year-old Zhao from Zhanjiang city, China are hoping that doctors will be able to explain the 5 inch horn that is growing out of her forehead. Local media describes the horn as curving down “like the stalk of a pumpkin”. (more…)
